TREE HAUS — RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Effective Date: September 30, 2026

Because of the nature of the products sold by Tree Haus Cannabis Boutique, all sales of consumable products are generally final once the product has left our possession, except where otherwise required by law or where Tree Haus determines that an order qualifies for correction, replacement or refund under this policy.


Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products


Please contact Tree Haus promptly if you receive:

  • An incorrect product;
  • A damaged product;
  • A defective product;
  • An order missing an item; or
  • A product materially different from what you ordered.

Please retain the product, original packaging, receipt/order confirmation and any applicable labels while we review the issue.

Photographs may be requested when appropriate.


Do Not Discard the Product

Customers requesting review of a damaged or defective product should not discard the product or packaging before contacting Tree Haus unless instructed otherwise.

We may need the item or packaging to verify the issue.


Eligibility

After reviewing the circumstances, Tree Haus may offer an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, store credit or refund when warranted.

Approval is determined based on the circumstances of the transaction and applicable requirements.


Change-of-Mind Returns

Tree Haus generally cannot accept returns of consumable products because a customer changed their mind, no longer wants the product or purchased the wrong item after the product has left Tree Haus's control.

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.


Order Errors

If you notice an error before receiving your order, contact Tree Haus as soon as possible. We will make reasonable efforts to correct the order before pickup or delivery.


Refund Processing

Approved refunds to electronic payment methods may require additional processing time by the customer's bank or payment provider after Tree Haus initiates the refund.
